Sintered Wire Mesh-Type A

General Description: It is one standard combination 5-layer sintered wire mesh for the widest application. 5-layer different useless wire mesh made from stainless steel are brought together as per the different combination. They are sintered together through vacuum sinter、compression and rolling and made into a kind of porous material. Characterictics: ·Large areas , From 1micron to 100micron it all has the well filtration performance . ·Steady filter rating, As to the two protective layers and sinter arts, the mesh of the filter layer is not easy to change. ·High mechanical strength. Excellent resistance to pressure ang high mechanical strength due to the fourth and fifth layers reinforced. ·Washability.Easy to wash, especially back washing owing to the surface. ·Heat resistance. Heat resistant up to 480℃. ·Corrosion resistance. Corrosion resistance as to a result of adopting SUS316L. ·Tractability.Suit to cut、punching、warp、tension and jointing.

Sintered Wire Mesh -Type B

General Description. This kind of sintered wire mesh is made from several layers of square woven. As the high porosity of the square woven ,this kind of sintered wire mesh has the characters of good permeability、low resistance and high circulation. Mainly used in filtration of gas and liquid.Beause of the wide selectivity of the support layer,the construction can be produced according to customer's requirement.

Material: Standard material is SUS316(AISI316)、SUS316L(AISI316L).

Sintered Wire Mesh - Type C

General Description: This filter mesh is that perforated metal and several layers of wire mesh are sintered together.As the support of the perforated metal,this sintered wire mesh has the higher resistance to pressure and mechanical strength. Mainly used in water treatment、dust removing、pharmaceutics、polymer industry、food and beverage,etc.It can be produced into filters in the type of barrel、disc、plate.The thickness and the layers of the perforated metal can be produced according to customer’s requirement. Material: Standard material of the perforated metal is SUS304(AISI304),the material of the wire mesh is SUS316(AISI316)or SUS316L(AISI316L). General Description:

This mesh is that two or three layers of plain dutch weaving wire mesh are placed together.They are sintered together through vacuum sinter and rolling and made into a kind of sintered wire mesh.It has the characters of the holes set regularly setted pores and good permeability. Mainly used in filtration of air、dust delivery、muffle、drying and cooling ,etc. Material: Standard material is SUS316L.(AISI316L) .
